Since 1978, our farm in Broad Brook , CT has been dedicated to raising cattle with a high regard for animal health and welfare. Utilizing a natural, plant-based diet as the sole feed for our program, we rely on our ability to enhance production through genetic selection and maintaining healthy, happy cows. We strictly prohibit the use of hormones and medications to improve feed efficiency and carcass quality. We dry-age our steaks and roasts to further enhance the flavor and assure that every cut of beef you purchase has a rich and tender flavor.
