Guaranteed all-natural, hormone- and antibiotic-free, our Hereford beef and heritage pork are available to order in halves. We raise genetically-superior cattle and hogs in the most natural manner to provide our customers the best locally-grown and humanely-raised meat in Connecticut.

At Broad Brook Beef, you can customize your half order online to meet your family’s preferences. Halves will include offal products as well as retail cuts of meat, so you and your family will get the experience of utilizing the whole animal–or, as we say, “Eating Squeal to Tail!” All orders are picked up at our Broad Brook, CT Farm Store.
